System status

API availability for each LLM provider used by the pipeline. A minimal request is sent to verify the key and that the service accepts requests (e.g. no exhausted quota). No API keys or usage figures are shown. When a check fails, a short summary and an optional technical detail (safe excerpt from the provider response) are shown.
